We’re incredibly proud of our custom designs and we care just as much about your happiness. In other words, we want to be sure you’re happy as a clam about your Cape Made product, which we personally created and had carefully printed especially for you. Because of this, your order may not be refundable, but we won’t leave you hanging! If your Cape Made order isn’t exactly what you expected, please Contact Us. We’ll work with you to ensure that you’re happy with every Cape Made purchase. Guaranteed.


Misprinted/damaged/defective items – These claims must be submitted within 30 days after the product has been received.  Claims for any of the above discrepancies will be covered at no expense to you.  For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date.

Wrong Address - If you provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to our printing facility. You will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you.

Unclaimed - Shipments that go unclaimed are returned to our printing facility and you will be liable for the cost of a reshipment.


Within 7 days of receiving your order: Full merchandise credit once we receive the item in new condition and proof of purchase.

If you'd like to receive your new product as soon as possible, please call us so we can assist.  You may be required to place and pay for a separate order.  Once we receive the item being returned, we will process your credit for the original purchase.
